At our core, DeFi For Good (or “DFG”) is all about collaboration:

  • we believe that DeFi and blockchain technologies should first and foremost be tools for enhancing the way that humans coordinate;
  • we believe that the value created by these open-source solutions should be shared cooperatively across the many, not just for the few; and
  • we believe that bringing together talented builders with a passion for change can do as much to alleviate poverty as it can to revolutionise finance.

Sprouting from these core beliefs, we nurture an ambition to effect change through creative and ambitious new means of coordination. We love nothing more than seeing our talented contributors bring together their passions and skills with our mission for good. And through our Stories we plan to shine a spotlight on all the fantastic work going on behind the scenes.

Today, we’re proud to embrace an innovative initiative that so closely embodies DFG’s core values of innovation, empowerment and compassion. It’s a pleasure to shine a spotlight on our contributor Zuz, and our new “Coaching For Good” program.

Zuz’s Story

Zuza Zuber is an ICF-accredited, high-performance somatic coach, on a mission to help Web 3.0’s leaders and entrepreneurs to realise their dreams, work through their challenges and be the change they want to see in the world. She is also the founder of She Coaches Collective, a dedicated community and curated sanctuary for women coaches to sharpen their craft, share insights and build sustainable practices.

Having previously worked in public relations, corporate marketing and software engineering, Zuz made the move into Web 3.0 in 2022, working at Snapshot Labs and Safe to support ecosystem building and developer relations. Through working with entrepreneurs and builders to sharpen their skills and turn vision into product, she cultivated her passion for coaching and began to pursue formal accreditation for somatic practice. In 2026, Zuz took the ultimate plunge into self-employment.

When we first met Zuz and shared with her the details of DeFi For Good’s work, she said our mission really touched something in her heart. Her passion and drive were a perfect match for DFG’s goals, and we’re proud to now be collaborating to help make the DeFi industry a better place.

Coaching For Good

To mark the start of our collaboration, we are launching “Coaching For Good” – a DFG initiative facilitated by Zuz that offers discounted access to top-tier high-performance coaching as a means of raising funds for our causes.

Each quarter, Zuz will provide up to three sessions on DFG’s behalf to founders or team leaders who are ready to stop guessing and start growing. Participants will receive a deep-dive coaching session, support over a 6-week focus period and help in producing a concrete 90-day roadmap. Zuz will be providing all support at absolutely no cost to herself, in exchange for a donation (minimum €50) to DFG via our Giveth page.

For those interested in taking part, Zuz is also offering a free discovery call to check if the relationship is a fit before you commit to any donations. This isn’t just about raising funds, it’s about accelerating our virtuous cycle of growth by bringing people together across the Web 3.0 industry and ensuring value accrues to the causes that matter.

We’re delighted to support Zuz’s ambitious and innovative plans to drive our industry forward. If you’re interested to take part in Coaching For Good, you can reach out to Zuz directly on her website.

Coaching For Good with Zuza Zuber offers 3 professional somatic coaching slots to founders and team leaders in exchange for donations to the DeFi For Good Foundation.
