Introduction
One of DeFi for Good Foundation's infrastructure projects in Tanzania has now reached an exciting milestone. The new dining and multipurpose room at Kangeme Community Centre has been fully completed and is already transforming daily life for hundreds of children.

Project Delivered
The new building is now fully operational and serves more than 200 kindergarten and primary school students every day.
Children who previously walked to distant meal areas now enjoy their lunches in a dedicated, safe, and comfortable dining hall located within the school grounds.
The improved environment supports healthier daily routines while creating a more welcoming space for students to gather. Beyond mealtimes, the building also functions as a multipurpose hall, hosting educational activities, school events, meetings, and community gatherings throughout the year. Together with the completed rainwater harvesting system, the project has strengthened the school's infrastructure and improved daily life for both students and the wider community.

A Space Built for the Future
Infrastructure creates opportunities that last for generations.
The new dining and multipurpose hall provides children with a better learning environment today while giving the community a versatile space that will continue serving families, teachers, and local residents for many years.
This completed project stands as another example of how practical investments in education and community infrastructure create lasting social impact.
